According to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Technological Park" (No. 629, dated July 21, 2010) and the implementation of the decision of the Council of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan (No. 18/29 of 31.05.2011) with the Decision of the University Academic Council (No. 10 of July 6, 2012) University Technology Park was established.
The technological park of the Technical University of Tajikistan was established as an innovative institution with the aim of developing science and effective use of high-quality technology to meet production requirements in the use of the latest technologies and the implementation of innovative and investment projects, based on the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On on education", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On technological park", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On science and state policy on science and technology", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On innovative activities", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On licensing of certain types activity", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Innovative Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2011-2020", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Program for the Development of Human Energy and Intellectual Property in the Period Until 2020", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Science and state policy on science and technology". Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of science and technology for 2011-2015", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Procedure for state registration, organization and conduct of examinations and competitions of innovative projects", Charter of the DTT named after Acad. M.S. Osimi, Park Charter and other regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan are carrying out their activities.
In order to carry out its activities in accordance with the current regulatory and legal documents and its Charter, the technological park is receiving licenses (permits) for the types of activities that should be subject to state licensing. In particular, for the promotion of educational, scientific-production activities in the field of scientific, technological and innovative research according to the main areas of activity, taking into account the implementation of programs and innovative projects by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan License (AU #0002505 dated March 27, 2018, #3111 ) is given.
According to the decision of the Council of Scientists of DTT from December 30, 2013, in order to ensure the orderly operation and implementation of innovative projects, the technological park of the university should be provided with repayable financial assistance from the special funds of the university, or the university should provide a guarantee for a loan from the bank to the technological park of the university. In order to increase the efficiency of the use of the equipment of the relevant departments, the Technological Park is allowed to use the material and technical base and property of the university as infrastructure, providing technical, safety and sanitary conditions, free of charge. The department of foreign relations of the university is tasked to assist in finding innovative projects and their implementation in the technological park.
DTT technology park named after academician M.S. Osimi, in agreement with the management of the university, conducts a competition twice a year to attract students of the university to scientific, creative, inventive and innovative activities. One time dedicated to the international Nowruz holiday and the second time dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Simultaneously with the improvement of the financial situation of the technopark, it is considered that a scholarship of the technopark will be established for the best inventive students and graduate students.
